We love to host Birthday Parties and more! Give us a reason to celebrate and we will make it an event to remember. 

Gold Star Birthday Bash: $400
You choose a project or we create one that is perfectly suited to your theme or child’s interest. We then provide the instructor, everything needed to complete a fabulous art project, a pillow case or T-shirt for all the guests to decorate as a special keepsake, cupcakes and paint palettes filled with sprinkles and treats to decorate just so! 

Party is for up to 12 guests, +$15 for additional guests

Party duration is up to 2 hours with an extra 30 minutes for set up if needed. We Clean Up! Who doesn’t love that?!

Diamond Galaxy Birthday Bash: $650
Everything included in the Gold Star package PLUS:
A ceramic plate for the group to decorate together as a special gift for the guest of honor. The plate will be fired after and ready for pick up the following week.
Plus, pizza from Marcos, capri suns, water bottles, paper goods (plates, napkins, table cloths, birthday candle), balloons AND party favors. We do all the work while you come and go with ease. Check everything off your list and let us make it easy!

Party is for up to 14 guests, +$25 for additional guests

WE ARE SO EXCITED TO BE HAVING ART CLASSES AGAIN. DURING THE SHUT DOWN WAS THE FIRST TIME IN 15 YEARS WITH NO ART CLASSES AND WE MISSED THE KIDS & CREATIVITY SO MUCH. AFTER A SUCCESSFUL AND SAFE SUMMER WITH PROPER PRECAUTIONS & ART CAMPS BACK, WE ARE READY TO START OUR REGULAR PROGRAM.

We LOVE showing off all the amazing works of art the young artists create! Check back here for the ART SHOW DATES. We will post as soon as all school dates are coordinated and approved.

The Deep Dive Intensive Workshops - We started these before the shut down and they were AMAZING! 2 hours of instruction for 2 days was just perfect to create totally unique layered mixed media works of art (plus a fun extra while we waited for paint to dry). The feedback was great, so be on the lookout as I will add a few more of these to the Studio schedule!

KIDS NIGHT OUT! - Also a ton of fun and a groovy good time for those who came. We plan to add more of these! Watch the schedule as we add this from time to time. Check back to register and to confirm dates as they might vary a bit as needed.

I plan to add a calendar to the site soon to make things easy to see at a glance!

Children’s Art Place is a nonprofit organization with the mission of returning art education to as many students as possible. The after-school program focuses on K-5 during the school year, but students up to eighth grade can participate in the fun weeklong summer camps. We also have a TEEN CLASS at the East Brainerd Studio on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 6:30pm and many other classes at the studio each week!

Inspiring creativity, critical thinking and problem solving alongside developing art skills and techniques is what we do best. Each class explores a wide variety of art materials in an enriching environment - All while having FUN!
